What is a pulled elbow?
A part of the forearm bone (Radius) called the Radial head is held in
the elbow joint by a ligament called the annular ligament. When there is a
longitudinal forceful movement applied to the hands, it might cause dislodgement
of this part of the bone, causing pain, and inability to move that arm
especially lock and key movements which is called a pulled elbow.
What to do if your child
has a pulled elbow?
If you suspect your child has a pulled elbow, there’s no need to panic. Please
